Warm house bread, heirloom tomatoes in olive oil
Zucchini and white bean with garlic, pecorino, herbs
Whole grilled fish (market dependent) with garden peppers and herbs
Summer berry galette, mascarpone ice cream, candied basil
Crisp white / chilled red / foraged flowers for the table
